Learn the basics of how to throw pottery on a potter's wheel!

Learn the basics of throwing pottery on a wheel! Join us from 3-5pm. Participants will learn the basics of creating forms on a pottery wheel. Safety and Liability waiver and Makerspace Playbook must be completed prior. Participants must wear closed toe shoes. Ages 16 and above are welcome. No experience required. Participants will return two weeks later, on October 22nd, to glaze their pieces. We will only be accepting registrations from people who have not had the chance to participate in any of our Pottery or Ceramics programs in the last year.
