Led by Stacey Greene, a retired physical therapy assistant, Reiki Master, and a certified 200-hour yoga instructor that favors a Hatha format. She is currently working on her 500-hour certification.
Students are asked to bring their own mats, 2 blocks (optional, but encouraged), and a blanket. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the library as soon as possible by calling 727-815-7126 This program is sponsored by Starkey Ranch TLC Friends of the Library.
