Learn how to make your very own holiday-themed peppermint lip balm! Participants will mix and pour their own lip balms to keep or give as a gift.
Each participant will create one lip balm to take home. This program is for children ages 9-17 only.
The Regency Park Library is located in New Port Richey off Little Road and has study & meeting rooms, and the Regency Fresh Kitchen makerspace.
