Jon is able to help with:
- understanding how Wi-Fi, data, and cell phones work
- troubleshooting problems you have with using these
- understanding what your specific needs are when shopping for a computer (please note, he can not recommend specific products)
- Windows 11, Excel, Word, Visio, Notepad++ and some other Microsoft Apps
- how to use Google effectively and how to solve almost any problem by searching Google
- Apple phones and tablets
