Join us to explore the wonder of birds with the Tampa Bay Raptor Rescue as they present "Backyard Birds of Prey."
Enjoy a meet and greet with live birds of prey from Moccasin Lake Nature Park in Clearwater, Florida. Meet a red shouldered hawk, and an eastern screech owl. Both are common species we see in our backyards here in the Tampa Bay Region. How can we help them and how do they help us? Join us to find out answers to these questions and more. The program is 45 minutes with extra time for questions and answers. Make sure to bring your camera as photo ops are also provided.
This program is intended for grades K-3; however, families of grades K-3 are welcome to attend. Registration is not required but space is limited.
