Join our community partner, BayCare, at 2:30pm for a presentation that concentrates on reading and understanding nutrition labels line-by-line with explanation of all the label components and how they can affect health. It also includes information about shopping and dining out.
The presentation will be followed by optional glucose, BP, and body fat analysis screenings from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
