An Earth Day Celebration
Join Centennial Park Library in our loft space for an Earth Day poetry slam! This event will celebrate the cycle of life, renewal, and new beginnings. (PLEASE READ FULL EVENT DESCRIPTION)
Join Centennial Park Library for a celebration of our Earth, showcasing poetry about renewal, new beginnings, and the beauty of nature. We welcome you to read aloud your own writing, or a favorite poem by an author who inspires you. Register now to reserve your slot and come share a piece of poetry that celebrates our planet this Earth Day.
To ensure every voice contributes to our theme of the Earth and renewal, we please ask that all presenters:
1. Sign up for the event by clicking the blue button to register,
2. Email your proposed written piece(s) to cp@pascolibraries.org,
3. Submit all chosen material for review by April 15th
(We will try and allow each presenter about 3-4 minutes of speaking time, so please bear this in mind when selecting your piece of writing.)
Want to just enjoy the poetry in the audience? Listeners are welcome, too!
Registration is not required for those attending as listeners only.

The Centennial Park Library is off Moog Road in Holiday and home to the Loft Makerspace which focuses on studio arts. Also includes study & meeting spaces.
