Two-time published author Gayle Brown will walk through building a strong story spine, also known as a logline. You will leave with a logline of your own plus the tools for strong future story spines.
A novel is a body of work––literally. It has a skeleton, a heartbeat, a pulse, and fingerprints. And like anybody, if the spine isn't right, nothing else holds up.
In this hands-on workshop, book coach and two-time published author Gayle Brown will walk writers through building a strong story spine––also known as a logline. You will leave with a logline of your own, built in real time, plus the tools to know if the one you have is actually doing a good job.
No manuscript required. No experience needed. Just an idea––even a rough one––and a willingness to find its bones.
