Learn and improve your gardening skills with our Master Gardeners - today's topic is Plants & Pets
We love our plants and our pets, but sometimes they don't mix. We will explore the various plants that we keep in our homes and landscapes, some of which may cause potential harm to our non-human family members. Many popular plants contain toxins that can cause mild irritation or be potential life thretening. Join us for this informative seminar as we opt for plants known to be safe for pets, placement of those plants, and having rooms/outdoor areas dedicated to plants 'off limits' to our pets. Join us as the speaker balances a love of plants with a safe environmental awareness for our pets.
This is a free University of Florida/IFAS Pasco Extension seminar presented by our Master Gardener Volunteer. Please Register Online at this link
