Please join us for a morning of science fun! Learn about our soil. Please bring in a soil sample from home. Reserve your spot today.
Join Brainstorms NPR for another fun science project. June will celebrate earth and environmental stewardship. We learn about the different types of soil in Florida and you will be testing soil samples. Bring a sample from home to test or we will provide one for you. Butterflies are indicators of a healthy ecosystem and we will be creating butterfly habitats for participants to take home.
This program is 90 minutes long and fully interactive learning for children ages 6-12.
Children must be between the ages of 6 to 12 years old. Parents for children under 8 years old are required to stay, others are optional.
