Come in to learn how to make things with clay by hand!
Come in to learn how to make things with clay by hand! Join us on Tuesday, June 2nd from 1:00 to 3:00pm. Participants will learn the basics of working with clay by hand. No experience required. Items made in this program will need to be finished at a following glaze session. Our glazing sessions this month are Friday, June 26th from 2:30 to 4:30pm, Monday, June 29th from 3:30 to 5:30pm, and Wednesday, July 1st from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
Participants must wear closed toe shoes during the program.
You must be at least 9 years old to participate in any ClayWorks program.
A copy of the Safety and Liability Waiver must be filled out prior to participating in the program. Blank copies of the waiver will be available at the beginning of the program to fill out.
We will only be accepting registrations from people who have not had the chance to participate in any ClayWorks Handbuilding for Beginners programs in the last year.
Failing to attend a ClayWorks program you have registered for without contacting the Library will prohibit you from registering for another ClayWorks program for 30 days.
Starkey Ranch Theatre Library Cultural Center
The Starkey Ranch TLC is located within the Starkey Ranch community and home to a theatre, several meeting and study rooms, and the Clayworks ceramics makerspace.
