Each appointment is 40 min. Patrons may bring as many pieces as they like and we will try our best to photograph as many as possible during the available time. If you only have one piece, you are welcome to share the appointment with another artist but you must arrange that between yourselves, the main registrant is our contact.
Size restriction: as long as it can fit through a standard door it is acceptable. Please add details regarding size, weight and medium in your registration, especially if any of these parameters are unusual.
File delivery: If you want very large versions of your files, please bring a brand new, unopened SD card or thumb drive to your appointment.
Please note: If you miss your appointment or arrive late we might not be able to accommodate an extension. If you can't make it, please let us know in advance so that we can open the slot to another patron.

The Centennial Park Library is off Moog Road in Holiday and home to the Loft Makerspace which focuses on studio arts. Also includes study & meeting spaces.
